No Seed Oils

We’re a seed oil free restaurant. Seed oils are highly processed, genetically modified compounds that don’t belong on your plate or in your body. Instead, we cook with olive oil, butter, ghee, coconut oil, bacon fat, duck fat and beef tallow. It’s clean cooking and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

This is chive infused olive oil.

At our seed oil-free restaurant, we prioritize health and quality in every dish we serve. By eliminating seed oils from our kitchen, we ensure that our customers enjoy meals that are not only delicious but also beneficial for their well-being. Seed oils, often high in inflammatory omega-6 fatty acids, can contribute to various health issues such as inflammation, heart disease, and obesity when consumed in excess. Instead, we use healthier alternatives like olive oil, coconut oil, butter, ghee, bacon fat, duck fat, and beef tallow.

Our choice of oils isn't just about taste – it's about your health too. They make our dishes flavorful and also help your heart, diet, and overall well-being. Going seed oil-free is our way of showing we're serious about offering food that's both delicious and good for you.

Welcome to our kitchen, where we celebrate the goodness of wholesome oils that not only enhance the taste of our dishes but also offer plenty of health perks. Our selection includes:

Olive oil: Not just a culinary delight, olive oil supports heart health with its abundance of antioxidants.
Coconut oil: Known for more than its tropical flavor, coconut oil boosts energy, aids digestion, and supports immune function.
Butter: With its rich flavor, butter adds a creamy texture to our dishes while providing essential healthy fats and fat-soluble vitamins.
Ghee: A favorite for its aromatic flavor, ghee is free from lactose and casein, making it suitable for those with dairy sensitivities.
Bacon fat: Adding depth and smokiness, bacon fat is a flavorful option rich in compounds that enhance taste.
Duck fat: Offering a unique savory taste, duck fat contains beneficial monounsaturated fats, adding richness to our culinary creations.
Beef tallow: This traditional fat not only adds richness but also provides healthy saturated fats essential for a balanced diet.
Each oil brings its own unique flavor profile and nutritional benefits to our dishes, ensuring that every bite you take is both satisfying and nourishing.
